Privacy at Renfy

What the service stores
Renfy stores your sign-in identifier and email, agency and client names, lead details you submit, follow-up targets, notes, status changes, and subscription identifiers. Lead details may include names, email addresses and phone numbers. You decide what to upload and must have authority to manage that data.
How it is used
We use this information to operate your workspace, calculate overdue follow-ups, produce reports, process support requests, and control subscription access. We do not sell lead records or use them to train AI models. AI drafting uses the business context and conversation excerpts you select. Drafts are for review; this release does not send automated messages or place calls to your leads.
Service providers
The service uses Google Cloud for application hosting and storage, Firebase Authentication for sign-in, Google Cloud AI for reply drafting, Sarvam AI when its integration is configured, Cloudflare for DNS, and Dodo Payments when paid subscriptions are enabled. Payment details are entered on Dodo’s checkout; Renfy does not store full card numbers. These providers process data under their respective terms and privacy policies. Processing may occur outside your country.
Access and retention
Your workspace is associated with your signed-in account. Data stays in the workspace after a trial ends so you can view and export it. We retain account data while your account remains open, and payment records as needed for billing and applicable obligations. Request account or lead-data deletion through our contact form. Deletion requests are handled manually in this release; backup or legally required billing records may be retained longer.
Cookies and local storage
Sign-in uses authentication cookies. Renfy does not include advertising trackers. The sample demo uses temporary page state and does not save its sample edits to your account.
Your choices
Export lead records from Reports. Revoke intake tokens from Connections. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or assistance with a privacy concern. Do not submit payment card details, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information in lead notes.
